Sounds like another former employee wrote this email -

If you really want to bring these people down just file a complaint with the State Attorney General, FTC and the District Attorney.  While you are at it just ask them to look at all the notations on their accounts they are full of law violations and I think they record the call's now so they know they are breaking the law.
Another former employee emailed me with this telling tale, mostly about Don Kell:

Ok, first of all. I have been in collections for 15 years and have collected on everything from bad checks to student loans. I have worked for a division of Sallie Mae and have even been the Operations Manager over another collection agency. I know the FDCPA front and back and have been certified annually since I started in collections 15 years ago. I was making $80k/yr as an OM and lost the job due to downsizing and with all of my experience the best I could muster out of these people was $13.50/hr. I had to take it because of being unemployed and being hospitalized 3 months prior to this job.
I had lethal staph infection that damn near killed me. It was 9 pockets of ooze that was 9.5" diameter by 4" deep less than 2" right of my spine and about 3" south of my shoulder blade. I still had a hole in my back from this surgery and was still being stuffed with gauze daily when I started work for these people and they knew it.
The chairs they have at this place do not have arms on them which is an insurance liability, but they wouldn't know that because respectable call centers try to keep their employees safe. Anyways, not having arms on the chair hurt my back, so I asked if I could get a chair with arms. Don told me that they don't provide chairs with arms because it makes employees lazy. So I asked him if I could bring my chair from home and he said no. I even told him that I had a note from my doctor stating that it was necessary because of my wound.
But Don had it out for me before I even started. When I interviewed with Sal and met Don, Don stated that he didn't even like hiring people with previous collections experience because they have bad habits. No... he doesn't like hiring people with previous experience because they know the law and won't break it.
When I started working here there was only me and another lady named Ericka in the training class. Don would walk behind her and look down her shirt. And even when we were in the tiny office that they call a training room, which was a joke. Don was talking to someone about something and all we heard was something about him and his wife swinging. Which made both of us feel uncomfortable. Don was also trying to get me out of the room as much as possible so he could be alone with Ericka. She'd later find me at break or something and tell me that she felt sexually harassed because he would be looking down her shirt. She also quit around the same time I did. She even had her doctor make up a note so she could leave. We both got our 1st checks around the middle of July at lunch time and neither one of us came back.

The most screwed up thing is they collect for Via Christi and my doctor that said I needed the chair for my back is a Via Christi doctor. So that's slap at both an employee and a client really.
And now for some fan mail -

We get terrible phone calls from a girl at this agency, named Becky Sharp.  Do you have any info on her?

Their range is not limited to Wichita.  Coffey County Community Hospital also uses this company for their collections.  (Burlington, KS.)  What a bunch of scumbags.

Keep up the good work!

An update!

Another Update -

I realize it's been over a year since I've updated this. The email address I have listed for contact information got signed up for a ton of spam, so I essentially gave up on checking it. I thought of this site today though, and checked the email account. After doing a little digging, I struck gold.

Here's an email from a former employee. Some of it I'd already posted, but there was plenty of new stuff in there as well.

I worked for this place and absoulty hated it. I can tell you some stories. Well lets just go ahead and spill the beans.

Almost everyone that works there has either been in jail for drug charges or is on probation for drugs or drunk driving. There is even one person that has been in prison not once but twice for drug trafficing. Not to mention the selling of controlled substances in the building.
I am sure Donnie, Micki, and Sal all know about this unethical activity that is going on, but chose to ingore it.

Well now I will give you all the names of the top collectors in the office and their fake names.

Here we go:
Real Name ---Fake name
Micki Kell ----Sue Brown
Donnie Kell------ Don Snow
Tamara Holland ---- Tina Greene
Pristina Dupard ---- Amanda Martin
Sal Manzi ---- Mr Mann
Deonna Snodenberg -----Dee Dawson

Ok that is all that I am going to share about the collector names. These are the ones who make the work place run the way it does.

I would sugguest to all their clients that they go there and take a look for themselves how the business is run day to day.....They would be in shock......

Here is a short run down of some of the clients they have......Via Christi Clinic (formely Wichita Clinic), Westar Energy, Coffey County Medical / Hospital, Dodge City Medical, Ashely Clinic, KS Medical Center, 66 Federal Credit Union, Fidelity Bank, Meritrust Credit Union....these are just a few...

Now to talk about Donnie and Micki...Micki really runs the show and Donnie is just there to do whatever she says, and to get her lunch everyday...

Sal is never in the office, he is gone about 25 days out of each month, on his trips. When he does some into the office, he is always having a meeting on the 1st day he comes back, and is alway blah blah about the collectors not making him enough money, not to mention the fact that he will threaten you not to pay you, because you did not make him money.

Oh on another note, there is "Richard Parker" that comes to work everyday "DRUNK"....quite the work enviroment huh.........
